Hicham Daoudi is a Senior Forestry Expert who thrives on challenging projects in high-stakes environments. With extensive experience in reduced impact logging and managing timber concessions in South America, as well as leading reforestation and forest conservation projects in Africa, he has a strong track record of delivering results.

One of his most demanding yet rewarding roles was managing the first large-scale REDD+ investment project in the Mai-Ndombe program in the DRC for the Ministry of Environment, overseeing significant resources to support sustainable forestry initiatives. Until this day, this project remains the benchmark for REDD+ in DRC. Having led carbon development teams in both NGOs and the private sector, he also brings valuable expertise in carbon project development and management.
